The staff was very nice
They were very confused about what kind of foods we should receive with our breakfast and the most upsetting thing is that I came home with multiple bed bug bites. These bites are driving me crazy they it's intensely and I didn't expect that to happen from so nice of a motel or hotel. I would not stay there again.

Had a lovely two-night stay! The staff were treating us like royalty, and the TV situation was handled faster than I'd order my tea. Clean room and comfy beds.
But, darling, one channel missing and I nearly missed the Olympics! Just a minor crush for my posh plans, really!

Nice lady working at the breakfast cafe went out her way to provide great service. Everyone we encountered was friendly.
I didn't like that housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:15am on our checkout day when checkout wasn't until noon. I was sound asleep and quite irritated after.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay and really enjoyed the comfy king room with a sofa bed. The outdoor pool and the cozy garden area were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a small hiccup with the morning coffee not being hot, but it didn’t take away from our great experience! ☀️

Great service and a nice pool onsite. Great parking, shuttle to the ballpark. Location right by northern Nevada where cockroaches do n't exist and the airport, which is right there and fruit which cost over $ 4.00.

The staff treated us with kindness and really went out of their way to help when our TV only had one channel that wasn't working during the Olympics- they fixed it fast once we mentioned it.
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for the quality we received.

The pool area is beautifully landscaped with comfy seating and a relaxing BBQ spot nearby. Our king room was very comfortable and had a nice desk for working. We loved the courtyard vibe and the hot tub jets were just perfect after a long day. Plus, it's close to the airport!
